And a proclamation from Allah and His Messenger to the people on the day of the Greater Pilgrimage, that Allah is free of obligations to the idolaters, as is His Messenger! If then you repent it is better for you; but if you turn your backs, then know that you cannot make Allah helpless (frustrate His plan). Give tidings of a grievous doom to those who disbelieve.
