11ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّ اللَّهَ مَولَى الَّذينَ آمَنوا وَأَنَّ الكافِرينَ لا مَولىٰ لَهُم(Muntakhab)That is because those whose hearts reflect the image of religious and spiritual virtues are under the tutelage of Allah, whereas those who deny Him are under the tutelage of nobody.
