129وَلِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌ(Irfan-ul-Quran)Whatever is in the heavens and whatever is in the earth belongs to Allah alone. He forgives whom He wills and He punishes whom He wills and Allah is Most Forgiving, Ever-Merciful.
