129وَلِلَّهِ ما فِي السَّماواتِ وَما فِي الأَرضِ ۚ يَغفِرُ لِمَن يَشاءُ وَيُعَذِّبُ مَن يَشاءُ ۚ وَاللَّهُ غَفورٌ رَحيمٌMuhammad SarwarTo God belongs all that is in the heavens and the earth. He may forgive or punish whomever He wants. God is All-forgiving and All-merciful.
