13ذٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُم شاقُّوا اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ ۚ وَمَن يُشاقِقِ اللَّهَ وَرَسولَهُ فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَديدُ العِقابِAisha BewleyThis was because they were hostile to Allah and His Messenger. If anyone is hostile to Allah and His Messenger, Allah is severe in retribution.
