39يَمحُو اللَّهُ ما يَشاءُ وَيُثبِتُ ۖ وَعِندَهُ أُمُّ الكِتابِTaqi UsmaniAllah wipes off what He wills and affirms (what He wills), and with Him is the Mother Book.
